Watch this huge 300-year-old tree get transported through a city - RAW
This is the impressive moment a 300-year-old oak tree was moved from its home in front of an office to a public park over a mile away. The live oak, or Quercus Virginiana, was moved about a mile and a half in Austin, Texas. Tree moving company Environmental Design manoeuvred the tree from outside the Lyndon Baines Johnson State Office Building through the city streets to a public park. It was moved to the side of Waller Creek in Waterloo Park as part of the development of the Texas Capitol Complex.
