Senate committee approves overhaul of sexual conduct law
A key Minnesota Senate committee approved a comprehensive overhaul of the state's sexual conduct laws after a Supreme Court ruling about voluntary intoxication caused an outcry. The new, toughened laws close the voluntary intoxication loophole, among other things.
