MOORESVILLE – The 41st annual Race City Festival will welcome food trucks and more than 30,000 people to downtown Mooresville on Saturday, May 11. The festival runs from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. It is a rain-or-shine event.

Main Street and Broad Street will be closed to traffic between Iredell Avenue and McLelland Avenue. Filling the street will be a colorful festival of food trucks, crafts, games and entertainment.

With nearly 150 vendors, this year’s festival will be complete with a children’s train, two entertainment areas, dance troops, live music, aerobic martial arts performances and a variety of arts and crafts. Entertainment will be provided throughout the day with a main stage offering a variety of different acts.

The main stage will be positioned on Broad Street in the food truck court area near the Mooresville Christian Mission. There will be family fun and food for everyone. The festival is brought to you by the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce, Mooresville Ford, and the town of Mooresville.
