The Sterling Concert Series Association is proud to announce the performers for the 2024-25 concert season. When you read about the line-up for the coming season, you will want to purchase your membership at once! Unlike everything else you purchase, the price of your season membership remains the same at $45 for adults, $100 for family or groups of two adults and all school-age children, and $15 for students. And your membership automatically includes free admission to concerts in Holyoke, Loveland, Kimball, NE, and Cheyenne, WY. You can attend up to 20 concerts for this one low price!

As an extra bargain, anyone purchasing a 2024-2025 membership at the Branden and James Concert on Monday, April 15 will be admitted to that concert free of charge. Doo-Wah Riders

Country music fans will absolutely love the Doo-Wah Riders concert. This program promises high-energy country music with a Cajun twist. For over 40 years, the Doo-Wah Riders have been riding their own patch of the musical range. Tight musicianship and powerful arrangements of classic and original songs have made them favorites everywhere they go. They have appeared with Garth Brooks, George Strait, Alabama, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Brooks and Dunn, Chris LeDoux, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, and Dolly Parton. This group of 5 guys were also the back-up band for Glen Campbell, George Jones, Billy Ray Cyrus, and Martina McBride as well as any others. They are celebrating 46 years of performing together.

Program highlights are, “William Tell Overture”, “Ghost Riders in the Sky”, “Bonanza”, “Rawhide”, “Cajun Medley”, “Jambalaya”, “Devil Went Down to Georgia”, and “The Orange Blossom Special”.

The Alliance Brass

The Alliance Brass has emerged as one of the Country’s most exciting ensembles and has been acclaimed as “the perfect blend of virtuosity and vitality”. Dazzling audiences with a repertoire ranging from the early Renaissance to jazz and beyond, the ensemble’s rigorous performance schedule has brought audience to their feet all over the United States.

The program highlights for this group include “Selections from Porgy and Bess” (George Gershwin), “Flight of the Green Hornet” (Al Hirt), “Overture to the Barber of Seville”, (Gioachino Rossini, “Moon River”(Henry Mancini), and “Suite from Star Wars” (John Williams)

Jared Freiburg and the Vagabonds

Jared Freiburg and the Vagabonds celebrate the Early Years of Rock and Roll with songs from Elvis to Sinatra to Jerry Lee Lewis…and much more! Prepare to enter a time capsule to the golden era of American music featuring an electric lineup of your favorite Rock & Roll, Blues, Country and Jazz hits from the 1950s.

Piano maestro Jared Freiburg and his Vagabonds will be serving these memorable songs. Born in Des Moines, IA, he began playing the piano at age 5 and has portrayed Jerry Lee Lewis in the touring production of Million Dollar Quartet.

Jason Coleman Honoring the Music of his Grandfather, Floyd Cramer

Pianist Jason “Floyd Coleman brings new life to the music made famous by his grandfather, Floyd Cramer, in a piano concert of country and pop classics. From humble beginnings on the Louisiana Hayride to a Hall of Fame recording career in Nashville, to the iconic “Last Date” and signature “slip-note” piano style, Jason plays his way through the musical history of his grandfather to tell the Floyd Cramer story in a way no one else can. He incorporates multimedia to share his own personal stories, photos, and films of growing up with his ”Grandad” culminating in a series of video duets between Jason and Floyd that bridge the generations.

The program highlights include the famous “Last Date”, “San Antonio Rose”, “Tennessee Waltz”, “Chattanooga Choo-Choo” and “Crazy”.
