Mental health resources for creatives

Mental Illness Awareness Week was created to increase awareness about mental illness. It’s time to learn, speak up, seek help, and remove the stigma. Mental health is health. Mental health conditions can have a real effect on all areas of life. To support our community, we curated this list of resources to promote good mental health. Sometimes the help we need is instant. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger to themselves or others, please call emergency services.
