The only rest you'll get during this routine is the "ISO REST", during the Hardstyle Plank. SPEED SHRED: - Plyo Jacks x 40sec - HardStyle Plank x 20sec -- next flip flop the exercises so that the HardStyle Plank x 40sec comes first followed by Plyo Jacks x 20sec. --- repeat for 10min😩 ----------------------------------- I just want to say thanks for all the love and support.
