This is not a resting position even though it looks "relaxing" haha the arms are super active so much that at any moment the head could lift away from the ground, keep feet together, swivel the legs so the quadriceps are now on your left tricep and feet are straight up in the air 4) lift left foot into the air until the leg is straight!
