10 Three-Ingredient Cocktail Recipes

2 ½ oz Rye 1 oz Sweet Vermouth 2 dashes Angostura Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry and enjoy.
1 oz Gin 1 oz Campari 1 oz Sweet Vermouth Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into chilled cocktail glass or over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist and enjoy.
12-ounce bottle Topo Chico, chilled 1 ½ ounces blanco tequila ½ ounce fresh lime juice Start by pouring out (or drinking) two ounces of the Topo Chico. Add the tequila then lime juice to the Topo Chico bottle.
2 ¼ ounces gin (preferably Sipsmith London Dry gin) 1 ounce dry vermouth (preferably Noilly Prat) ¼ ounce olive brine Garnish: 3 pickled olives Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled and diluted, and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with olives on a cocktail pick.
2 ounces vodka 3 ounces ginger beer Juice of half a lime, and lime wedge for garnish Add vodka, ginger beer, and lime juice to a copper mug (or highball glass). Fill mug with crushed ice. Stir well. Garnish with lime wedge and enjoy.
2 ½ oz Bourbon (or Rye Whiskey) 1/2 oz simple syrup 3 dash Angostura Bitters 1 each Lemon and orange twist Combine first three ingredients in a rocks glass. Stir ingredients. Add ice. Garnish with a lemon and orange twist and enjoy.
2 ounces bourbon ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice ¾ ounce honey syrup (recipe follows) Garnish: lemon twist Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cold. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with lemon twist.

1 ¾ oz Blanco tequila 1 oz Lime juice ¾ oz Triple Sec Combine all ingredients in shaker tin. Add ice to small shaker tin. Shake vigorously. Strain into chilled rocks glass with a salt rim over fresh ice. Garnish with lime and enjoy.
1 ounce Cognac, or brandy VSOP 1 ounce crème de cacao, preferably Tempus Fugit 1 ounce cream Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe, or Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
