About the Author
Victoria Arroyo is the associate administrator for policy with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She has more than 30 years experience environmental policy and law, including more than 20 years directing public policy and legal analysis.
Vicki Arroyo currently serves as the Associate Administrator for Policy at the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). In this role she oversees a diverse portfolio at the agency that includes regulatory policy and management, environmental justice, climate adaptation, environmental economics, community revitalization, NEPA and more.
