Ingredients 1/2 cup of oats 2 egg whites 1 banana 1 tsp cinnamon Method Blend oats into a fine powder like flour. Add egg whites and cinnamon to oats and blend until a smooth consistency is formed. Mash banana thoroughly and add to oat mix. Blend all ingredients to make a not too thick and not too runny pancake mix. Pour into a frypan with a small amount of coconut oil and fry in batches.
