Stanley Cup Final: How in the World Did Edmonton Force a Game 7?

This wasn’t supposed to happen. At all. After Florida rolled to three straight wins, the hockey world was ready to crown the Panthers. Not since 1942 has a team blown a 3-0 lead in the Stanley Cup Final. But after Edmonton’s resounding 5-1 Game 6 win, the Oilers’ third straight, the series heads back to Sunrise, Fla., for the decisive match. Would an Oilers win make this the biggest comeback in modern hockey history — or the most epic collapse? The Panthers must regroup to ensure neither.
