Scoring Leader Caitlin Clark Stirs Memories of Pete Maravich
Clark, whose dizzying long-distance jump shots have made it so difficult on defenses, broke the NCAA all-time scoring record in a simple fashion on Sunday — making two free throws. The Iowa star's 35 points against Ohio State gave her 3,685, passing the 54-year-old mark set by the late Pete Maravich.
