Hillsborough County State Attorney Sues DeSantis for Suspending Him

Hillsborough State Attorney Andrew Warren held a news conference Wednesday to announce litigation against Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL). His lawsuit comes after DeSantis suspended Warren and seeks his removal from office. Warren earlier this month signed onto two joint statements, saying he would not prosecute crimes related to abortion and gender transition treatments for children.
