Banksy Painting Sells for Millions Paid in Cryptocurrency

The art of anonymous artist Banksy made history on May 12 when cryptocurrency was used to purchase the "Love is in the Air" piece for $12.9 million during a Sotheby's auction. That was the first time physical art was sold by a major auction house, paid for using crypto. "The Art of Banksy" exhibition will be shown in London, May 20. Chicago and New York are also future stops for the exhibition in July and August, respectively. Here are some of the pieces on display in London.
