I like to think baking is the ultimate form of comfort. Pulling savory rolls, crusty and crunchy loaves of bread, and even rolls with unique toppings or fillings bring an undeniable sense of well-being—not to mention that these baked goods taste incredibly delicious. Many recipes I've collected here are foods I've eaten growing up and, in one way or another, are a form of nostalgia for me. I hope they become the same for you!

Wintertime is my favorite time. Cooler temperatures encourage people to huddle near the oven. When you're pulling out a delicious loaf of sourdough bread or savory rolls, you really don't have to do much convincing! As you pull your homemade bread, rolls, or pizza out of the oven, you'll probably already have family or friends ready and waiting near the cutting board.
