The Services Elon Musk Doesn't Want You Linking to on Twitter

The "chief twit" wants to end what he believes is the free promotion of Twitter's competitors. In a surprising move this weekend, the company announced a new policy banning users from sharing links to their profiles on Instagram, Facebook, Mastodon, Post, and even link aggregation sites like Linktree. Doing so could have resulted in your Twitter profile being suspended. It was quickly overturned hours later though following heavy criticism.
