Performers are taking to the metaverse — a shared virtual space — in order to connect with existing and new audiences, add new elements to their shows, and make more money. Now, we're seeing the first music festivals including Roblox's Electric Daisy Carnival and Decentraland's Metaverse Festival (which even features virtual portable toilets).
