The $100 Billion Bipartisan Tech Bill Aimed at Taking on China

The Senate is considering the Endless Frontier Act, legislation designed to strengthen the National Science Foundation. The goal is to make investments in key technological areas such as quantum computing and artificial intelligence to help America remain competitive against China. The bill is has received bipartisan support and is sponsored by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and Sen. Todd Young (R-Ind,), along with Reps. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) and Mike Gallagher (R-Wis.).
