Jack Dorsey Out as Twitter CEO, Replaced by CTO Parag Agrawal

Sixteen years after helping found the company, with six years running it, Jack Dorsey has had enough. He has handed the reins to his Chief Technology Officer Parag Agrawal. Dorsey will remain on the board through his term but says he will exit completely when it expires in May.
