The sixth week of Elizabeth Holmes' fraud trial saw lawyers wrap up their examination of Safeway's former CEO. Ex-Walgreens CFO Wade Miquelon was called up next and testified that his company was duped into a $140 million deal based on falsified pharma reports Holmes provided his team. The defense was also rebuffed in their ploy to bar Wall Street Journal reporter John Carreyou from reporting on the proceedings.
