Amazon Wins Union Fight, But Legal Challenges Await

A majority of workers at one of Amazon's warehouses in Bessemer, Alabama have rejected efforts to unionize, granting the company a victory against the labor movement. The Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union (RWDSU) is vowing to continue its fight, saying it will contest the final results and allege Amazon took "illegal action" to interfere with the votes.
