I can confirm🧘♀️🍠 Episode 3 of my repost series where I repost my top recipes from this year. Giving you a second chance to actually make them🤍Ingredients (4 servings) 1 big sweet potato 4 tbsp oil 6 garlic cloves 1 handful fresh basil Salt & pepper Dip: 1 cup (230 ml) vegan feta 0.5 tsp pepper 1 garlic clove Plant-milk to thin Instructions: 1. Set oven to 160C / 350F. 2. Wash your sweet potato. Keep the skin on and chop into cubes. 3. Boil the cubes until tender. 4. Cover the bottom of a glass with parchment paper and smash the sweet potato cubes on a baking tray. 5. Finely chop up garlic and basil. 6. Mix together garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper in a jar and brush on the smashed sweet potatoes. Bake until crispy, approx 30-50 min. 7. Make the dip by blending the ingredients and serve!"
