Stephen Epstein
Stephen Epstein was born and raised in San Francisco and has always had a strong interest in the real estate market. In 2012, he returned to the industry after being absent from it for a period of time, beginning in the early 2000s, and moved to Tennessee. In the years that have followed, he has had a great deal of success in syndicating more than a dozen real estate renovation projects around Nashville and its neighboring areas, including East Nashville, Germantown, and Sylvan Park. These projects are located throughout Tennessee. Epstein is also actively involved with various charitable causes, providing support to local organizations like the Entrepreneur Center, Friends of Dudley Park, Nashville Greenways, the Nashville Symphony, the Nashville Citizens Commission on Human Rights, and the Nashville Civic Design Center. He is also an advocate of Scientologists Taking Action Against Discrimination.
