Chicken-Vegetable Pizza!!(Indian Style) Makes: 6 servings Ingredients: - 1 fat-free deep-dish pizza crust - 2 tbsp. fat-free chicken broth - 1 lb. fat-free chicken tenders - 1 tsp. garlic powder - 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder - 2 tsp. dried basil - 2 cups fat-free pizza sauce - 1 medium yellow bell pepper, sliced thin - 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced thin - 1 cup sliced mushrooms - 1 medium red onion, sliced thin - 1/3 cup fat-free Parmesan cheese - 2 cups fat-free shredded pizza cheese Directions: - Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly spray deep-dish pizza pan with nonfat cooking spray. Prepare pizza dough and press into pan. Prick several times with a fork; bake in preheated oven 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. - Lightly spray large nonstick skillet with nonfat cooking spray; pour chicken broth into skillet and heat over medium-high heat. - Add chicken tenders; sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and basil. - Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, 8-10 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Remove chicken from skillet and cut into bite-sized pieces. - Pour pizza sauce over crust. Sprinkle half the pizza cheese over sauce. Top with chicken, yellow and red peppers, mushrooms, and sliced onion. Sprinkle with remaining pizza cheese and Parmesan cheese. - Bake in preheated oven 10-12 minutes until cheese is completely melted. Indian Dry Chili Chicken!! Ingredients: 500gm boneless chicken pieces, cut into small cubes 1 onion, cut into cubes 1/2 of a green capsicum / bell pepper, cut into cubes 1 tbsp soya sauce 1/4 tsp white vinegar 1 tbsp green chilli sauce 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper 2-3 green chillies, slit (we used the large red chillies that have lesser heat) 1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (optional) 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp cornflour 1 tbsp all purpose flour or maida 1 egg (optional) Salt to taste A pinch of sugar (optional) Oil Spring onions for garnish How I Made It: 1. Marinate the chicken in 1/2 tbsp soya sauce, egg, salt, pepper, flour, cornflour, half the garlic and half the green chilli sauce for atleast 30 mins. Leave it for an hour or two if you have the time. 2. Heat a shallow pan with about 1/4 cup oil and lightly fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Set aside. 3. In the remaining oil, add chopped garlic and the chillies and flakes and fry for 2 minutes. Next, add the onions and capsicum and fry until soft (2-3 mins). Add vinegar and mix well. Top off with the fried chicken and the remaining quantities of ingredients used to marinate (1/2 tbsp soya sauce, 1/2 tbsp green chilli sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper). 4. Stir all the ingredients until well combined and fry for another 3-4 mins. Garnish with some chopped spring onions and serve hot.

Chicken Pakora!! Ingredients : 1. Chicken(skinless and boneless) -1lb 2. Salt - to taste 3. All purpose flour - 1 cup 4. Rice flour - 2 tablespoons 5. Corn flour - 2 tablespoons 6. Food color - a pinch (optional) 7. chillipowder - 1 teaspoon /per taste 8. Egg - 1 To grind: 1. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon 2. Onion - 1/2 chopped roughly 3. Green chillies - 2 4. Cilantro - 1/2 cup 5. Dhania seeds - 2 teaspoons Method: 1. Clean the chicken and cut them into bite size pieces and set it aside. 2. Grind the ingredients under the "to grind" section into a coarse mixture. 3. Add this ground mixture to the chicken and give it a quick mix. 4. Then add salt, chilli powder and food color. add the flours little by little. Spray water if needed and mix it with the rest of the ingredients. 5. Make sure the batter coats the chicken pieces evenly. The batter should not be too thick or very thin. 6. Whisk an egg and add it to the battered chicken. Set it aside for 30 mins. 7. Deep fry till it turns reddish brown. Serve it with tea.

Masoor Dal Recipee!! Ingredients: 2 cups masoor dal 1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala 1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric 1 tsp salt 1/3 cup oil 1 1/2 onions, chopped 1 head garlic, separated, chopped 1 (1-inch piece) ginger root, chopped 2 jalapeno chiles, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 1 bunch coriander, chopped Water Method: Rinse masoor dal thoroughly , until water is clean . In pot bring 1 quart water to boil. Add masoor dal. Cook half way, about 10-15 minutes , add 1/2 tsp. garam masala, 1/2 tsp. turmeric & salt . As masoor dal cooks, uncovered, water will evaporate & mixture will thicken. Add more water to keep dal loose, like texture of thick cream . When dal is soft, turn off heat. Heat oil in wok. When oil is very hot , add onions & cook until tender & translucent but not browned. Add garlic, ginger & chilies. Continue to fry until onions are deep yellow. Add remaining 1 tsp. each garam masala & turmeric. Do not allow spices to burn . Keep stiring until mixture starts to stick. Add tomatoes & cook until tomatoes soften. Pour in pot of masoor dal & simmer to blend flavours. Taste & add more salt if needed. Sreve hot with rice.

CHILLY CHICKEN RECIPEE: Ingredients: Chicken – ½ kg, boneless, cut into 1-inch pieces Onion – 2, medium size, finely sliced Ginger – ½ inch size, finely chopped and crushed Garlic – 2 beads, finely chopped and crushed Tomato – 1, big size, fully ripe, pureed; or alternatively use 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce Green chillies – 3, medium size, medium hot, finely chopped Capsicum - 1, sliced length-wise Red chilly powder – 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder – ½ teaspoon All purpose flour – 2 tablespoons Soya sauce – 3 teaspoons Vinegar – 2 teaspoons Salt – ½ teaspoon Oil – 1 tablespoon Method: Mix well the flour, chilly powder, black pepper powder, soya sauce, vineger, tomato puree, ginger, garlic, and salt. Add the chicken pieces to this marinade and marinate it covered for 2-4 hours in a refrigerator. Heat oil in a fry pan and when the oil is very hot, add the onions and saute till slightly golden. Add the marinated chicken pieces and capsicum and saute on low heat for 30 to 35 minutes or until the chicken is tender taking care not to burn the chicken pieces by stirring continually. Sprinkle a litte hot water only whenever needed while cooking. Serve it hot garnished with onion rings, lemon wedges, tomato slices, and/or fresh green chillies as a main entrée or as appetising snacks. Enjoy!

Mango Badam Lassi....<3 Recipee...:- Ingredients:- Sweet Mango pulp - 1 cup Yogurt - 1 cup Milk - 1/2 cup Sugar - 2 tsp (if mangoes are sweet enough then this is not necessary) Badam powder - 2tsp few whole Badam Few Cashews Procedure :- In a bowl Take the mango pulp and mix well with the beater without any crums.Now add yogurt, milk, and sugar(if added else its optional) to it and beat in with the beater again and keep aside.To this add the badam powder and cashew powder.On top of each serving add some grated badam pieces to taste and serve it cool.

Mutton Biriyani Recipee Ingredients 1 kg Rice 1 kg Mutton 10 gms Cardamom 10 gms Cinnamon 10 gms Cumminseed 10 gms Cloves 40 gms Ginger 20 gms Garlic 100 gms Green Chillies 50 gms Fried Onion 1 bunch Coriander Leaves 1bunch Pudina 2 Lemon 1/4 Curd 1/4 kg Ghee Method: Wash mutton & take it in a vessel. Grind green chillies, ginger, garlic, spices , fried onion & mix them all & then add mixture to the meat. Then add curd to it , mix the stuff thoroughly. Leave the material for half an hour. Take 2 litres of water in a vessel & put it on the stove. When water boils well put the rice in the vessel. Take out the semi-cooked rice & spread it on the meat & spices mixture as a layer. Take some more rice & spread as second layer. Finally , spread the fully cooked rice. Prepare a mixture of one cup of boiled water & 1/4 kg ghee & split it on the rice. Now put a plate on the vessel & seal the edges with dough . Put the vessel on the stove , cook for 15 minutes on medium flame. Then turn off the stove . Leave the stuff for 15 minutes. Mutton Biriyani is ready to serve!!!

Cold Coffee Recipee Ingredients 4 cup Cold Milk (Thanda Doodh) 1 cup boiling Water 6 tsp instant Coffee Powder 4 tblsp Cream (Malai) 3 tblsp Sugar (Cheeni) Crushed Ice Method 1) dissolve instant coffee powder & sugar in boiling water & allow to cool. 2) blend the coffee mixture & milk in a blender for a few seconds. 3) add cream & crushed ice. 4) blend for another few second till it becomes frothy. 5) serve chilled.
