I gave Thelma the Thermi a big kiss last night, she rescued us. Mick made a beautiful pork roast for dinner but not long before serving he realised - we had no apple sauce! 3 peeled and cored Granny Smiths into Thelma, a tablespoon of water, half a tsp of sugar (because the apples were very tart). Reverse speed 1 100 degrees 20 minutes, for perfect apple sauce. And I have to say that Mick's pork roast dinner was spectacular! He'll be on cooking duty a bit more often I think...
