@mrm_usa Cookies n Cream Protein Balls Ingredients: -2 scoops MRM Cookies n Cream Casein -1 cup oats -2 tablespoons ground flax seed -1 tablespoon chia seeds -1/2 cup natural peanut butter -1/4 cup raw honey -Water *(Exact amount will be explained in directions!)* Directions: 1.) Combine the dry ingredients (MRM Cookies n Cream Casein, oats, ground flax seed, and chia seeds) 2.) Add the peanut butter and honey. 3.) Now this is the part that might alter for each person. Try rolling a ball. If it crumbles in your hands you will need water. Add one tablespoon at a time till you can roll a ball. I personally added 8 tablespoons of water one at a time. This is different for everyone depending on brand of oats and peanut butter! Each brand can be so different. 4.) I placed mine in the fridge for around an hour, melted some dark chocolate, and drizzled over each ball. This step isn't a need and will add calories to nutrition facts listed below. 5.) I store mine in the fridge. I can't say how long they will last, but I can assure you that you'll eat them faster than expected. :) 24 balls. Each is 68 calories, 3 fat, 7 carbs, 4 protein. These might seem high in calorie for just a little ball of yummy, BUT when you're craving something sweet this is a much better alternative to grab than a candy bar PLUS look at the ingredients... some serious big hitters there. Flax and chia seeds might be tiny, but oh so mighty! Ground flax seed is a good source of fiber and rich in omega-3! Chia seeds contains 5X more calcium than milk, 7X more vitamin C than oranges, and 3X more iron than spinach, and twice the potassium content of a banana. Still want to grab a candy bar?

Flourless coconut waffles with coconut snowballs❄⛄. Good morning! I think is my favorite waffle recipe so far! Made of fruit and #raw almonds! Today's waffles recipe adapted is from the paleo pârents! 1 medium banana 1 medium apple, peeled 1 C raw almonds 2 medium eggs 2TBSP shredded coconut 1 TBSP arrowroot powder 1 TBSP vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking soda oil for greasing waffle iron (melted coconut oil with a silicon pastry brush works best) Instructions ♥ Puree apple and banana and raw almonds in a food processor. ♥ Add puree and remaining ingredients and continue to blend to combined Grease your hot waffle maker (for each waffle you make). cinnamon roll pan-crepes: 🍩1/2 cup ground oats 🍩4 egg whites 🍩1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or water if you're competing for a show or doing a challenge) 🍩1 tsp cinnamon. throw it all in your blender or food processor and cook up like cakes in a medium heated skillet (3-4 min each side). Sweet yogurt sauce: 2 tbsp 0% greek yogurt, 1/2 tbsp cinnamon, 2 packets stevia, 4 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Mix until desired consistency and drizzle over your cakes. A couple sprinkles of Trader Joes cinnamon sugar grinder and/or Walden Farms pancake syrup and you are good to go! Stats: 297 cals, 5g fat, 45g carbs, 7g fiber, 9g sugar, 21g protein👍

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancake Roll-Ups on the menu this morning! -- 1 (30g) scoop vanilla protein (chocolate or peanut butter would be best but I don't have it😔) 1 cup liquid egg whites 1 tbs chocolate PB2 1 tsp dark cacao powder (or cocoa) 1 tbs baking stevia 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla Filling: 1/2 c greek yogurt 1 tbs chocolate PB2 Few drops of vanilla stevia -- Cook on low heat (covered) until almost done then flip and cook for about 30 more seconds. Makes 3 flurrrrrffy pancakes! ✳Macros: 194 cal, 3gF, 21gC, 64gP ✳ Wow didn't realize how low cal it was! So much food tho!
