Ken soon became an international quality auditor and business process engineer. He went on to lead ISO 9000 and reengineering efforts at DHL Worldwide Express and Stanford University respectfully. In 2000, after graduating from his MBA program at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Ken started in alliances at Siebel Systems. Ken held various roles at Siebel Systems in product management, strategic planning, and solutions marketing. When Oracle acquired Siebel Systems in 2006, Ken headed up CRM Product Marketing. Ken then became VP Marketing at Vendavo, a sales effectiveness and pricing solutions company where he helped reposition and effectively relaunch the company. Ken also led Corporate and Product Marketing at Model N where he drove a repositioning of the company, rebuilt the mark
