The EV Revolution

The electric vehicle revolution is here, and the Protocol climate team is bringing you everything you need to know. While just a small sliver of the public currently owns an electric vehicle, plenty of people are EV-curious. In fact, more than one-third of U.S. adults would at least consider an all-electric vehicle. EV adoption might be faster than has been forecasted: battery-powered EVs will amount to 20% of global sales by 2025 and 59% by 2035.
