At the top of the Continental Divide in New Mexico, one of the great photo ops greets travelers. This little slice of heaven has streets like "Key Lime Lane," and "Custard Avenue" and once was home to 3 thriving pie shops, which shut down during COVID. Great news! Pies are back again, as I discovered when I recently visited the Pie-O-Neer restaurant in Pie Town, and sat down with owner Sarah Chavez to talk things all pie.
