Camera theft epidemic in San Francisco

In May, my camera gear was stolen from me in broad daylight as I was filming a scene for my video show. I was out in Crissy Field, in the backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge, and they fled in a get-away car. Since then, multiple stories have come out about photographers faring worse--being held up at gunpoint in one of the greatest cities of the world. I compiled the latest headlines here for the Storyboard.
