I am a retired electrical engineer, with a lifelong passion for fitness through exercise. After a serious electrical malfunction in my heart resulting in a pacemaker, I began a search for an exercise regimen less likely to disturb my pacemaker than what I had long been doing for fitness. The search terminated in Tai Chi and Qigong. I wish I had discovered this ancient means of maintaining fitness long ago. Many of the articles in these magazines are what convinced this old grizzled engineer that Tai Chi and Qigogg are the real deal.
