Frittata for lunch 😋✌️

Today is Nordic Waffle Day and I am dreaming of this setup from Saturday morning 😍 I have to make a waffle tonight 😉

A look at @alasully's mojo. What's that exactly? A mashup of garlic (large amounts) + salt, pepper, herbs (usually cilantro), chiles (Serrano, or jalapeno) maybe some cumin. Then it's mixed with citrus juices (lime/OJ in mine) + white vinegar + olive oil. Use it as a marinade for meat (also makes a killer salad dressing!) Super tangy.
