West Coast Modern Architecture

In the rainforests of the Pacific Northwest, a mighty yet elegant style of architecture developed in the 20th century. Initially inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, this style took on a life of its own to reflect the values and materials of the West Coast. Today, many of these magnificent structures, typified by Arthur Erickson, are still standing.
