塩肉じゃがの材料<br>鶏胸肉・・・・・・・・・・1枚<br>じゃいがも・・・・・・・・・・3個<br>にんじん・・・・・・・・・・1本<br>玉ねぎ・・・・・・・・・・1個<br>白滝・・・・・・・・・・1袋<br>塩・・・・・・・・・・大さじ1<br>(みりん・・・・・・・・・・大さじ1)<br>カツオ出汁・・・・・・・・・・600ccぐらい<br>パセリ・・・・・・・・・・お好み<br>胡椒・・・・・・・・・・お好み<br>胸肉を使ったが、肉は豚でも牛でもお好きなものを。<br>白滝を肉と一緒に入れない派の人は参考レシピのようにこんにゃくを入れたりなど。<br>塩を入れすぎてしまった結果みりんを追加した。<br>みりんが無くても美味しいと思う。<br>もちろん、酒、みりん、砂糖を駆使して仕上げても問題ないはず。<br>完成後に散らすパセリ、胡椒はお好みで。<p>作り方<br>1. ジャガイモ、ニンジン、玉ねぎ、白滝、鶏肉をお好みの大きさにカットする<br>2. 材料がヒタヒタに浸かるぐらいの出汁を取っておく<br>3. 出汁を火にかけ、ニンジン、ジャガイモ、玉ねぎ、鶏肉、白滝の順で茹でる<br>4. 塩で味を調えて完成(しょっぱくなりすぎたらみりんや砂糖で調整)
