Ralph Yarl was shot after his parents asked him to pick up his two younger siblings and he went to the wrong home in Kansas City, Missouri. Officials have vowed a speedy investigation, but several questions still loom in the days since Yarl was shot.
James Lynch said his Eagle Scout training kicked in and he checked the teen's pulse and tried to stanch the blood in a neighbor's driveway before paramedics arrived.
"He was confronted by a man who told him, ‘Don’t come back around here,’” and then the man “immediately fired his weapon," attorney Lee Merritt said.
