"Garlic, ginger, and lime marinated grass-fed steaks, oven roasted sweet potato fries and salad! For the marinade: 1/3 cup melted coconut oil, juice of 1 lime, 3 garlic cloves minced, 1 TBS ginger minced, 3 TBS coconut aminos, 1/4 cup water, sea salt and pepper. Marinade for at least an hour (all day is best). Grille over med until your liking (approx 8-10 min per side) For the fries: oven 400, cut sweet potatoes Into thin fry strips and place on a cookie sheet. Pour about 1/4 cup coconut oil and seasoning of your choice (this time I used TJ's 21 spice mix) Mix well- roast for about 1/2 hour or until crispy stirring a few times." -- Primal Bliss Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute spice mix: http://amzn.to/10NeofT
