Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Bites 🎉🍓😁 In a bowl - toss in 1/4 c PB2 (powdered peanut butter) 🔸3/4 c oats 🔸1/4 c coconut flour 🔸1/2 c FitMiss Strawberries N' Cream (or vanilla chai) 🔸4 chopped strawberries 🔸1/3 almond milk (or water) 🔸1/4 Greek yogurt 🔸1/4 c slightly melted peanut butter 🔸to get the 'jelly' I blended 4-5 additional strawberries in a bullet and added it into the bowl with the rest is the ingredients 🔸Mix all together with your hands 👐 🔸Roll out 18 balls 🔸Store in freezer for approx 1 hour to set. 🔸Keep it stored in an airtight container in the freezer 🍓❄️

Baked Korean Sweet Potato Fries with a Vegan Spicy Dipping Sauce You'll need: •Korean sweet potatoes (found in Asian markets) •Extra virgin olive oil •Sea Salt & pepper •Soy-free Vegenaise •minced garlic •organic ketchup Scrub sweet potatoes & then cut them into fries. Toss with EVOO & salt/pepper. Can also add some cayenne if you'd like a little "kick". Bake at 400 degrees for around 40-50 minutes, turning halfway through. While they're baking put dipping sauce together by combining Vegenaise, minced garlic & organic ketchup. Credit: @hungryfoodies

😍😍😋 💥asian sesame chicken💥 Ingredients: 2 chicken breast halves, cut into cubes 1 tsp sesame seed oil 1 tbsp honey teriyaki marinade 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tbsp sirracha 1/4 cup water 1 thumb-size piece of ginger, grated 1 clove garlic, minced Direction: In a frying pan, add the teaspoon of sesame seed oil along with the chicken and cover the pan. Cook until the chicken is white and no longer pink on the inside, flipping occasionally. Once fully cooked, place everything into a strainer, removing any excess water & oil, and set the chicken aside. In the same pan, add the teriyaki, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, water, and sirracha and whisk everything together really well. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce begins to reduce and the water evaporates. Add the chicken back to the pan and cook for another few minutes while folding the chicken in with the sauce. You'll know it's done when all the ginger and garlic begins to stick to the chicken and the sauce has thickened. Serve it up with some fresh brown rice and your healthy sesame chicken is ready to eat. Credit: @bethehappysoul

A great way to use up those lingering, spotty bananas, and the perfect holiday gift that everyone will love!❤️☺️ INGREDIENTS 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/8 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature 1 cup sugar 2 large eggs 1/4 cup buttermilk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 ripe bananas, mashed 1 cup blueberries INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat four 5 3/4-inch mini loaf pans with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat butter and sugar on medium-high until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Beat in eggs, buttermilk and vanilla until well combined. Beat in bananas until well combined. Gradually add flour mixture to the sugar mixture at low speed, beating just until incorporated. Add blueberries and gently toss to combine. Scoop the batter evenly into the loaf pans. Place into oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes before inverting the cake onto a wire rack.
