С тази 90-минутна тренировка исках да покажа какво е да се горят калории с упражнения. По-лесно е да не изядеш калориите, отколкото да ги изгориш :D За да влезеш във форма, най-лесният и ефективен начин е да намалиш храната и да тренираш кратко, колкото да поддържаш форма. По време на режим с намален прием на енергия (калории) не е време за рекорди. Тренирай маааалко по-леко и колкото можеш интензивно. След като постигнеш целите си, увеличаваш храната и ти идва такава сила, че тренировките стават поредица от рекорди :) Нормално е, когато намалиш храната да спадне силата и издръжливостта, така че не се изтощавай, а слушай тялото си! It is Friday and you are probably tired. Probably you do not have the desire you had the previous day and you want to rest. This morning I woke up and tiredness was trying to sign a contract with my mind and break me – force me to hit the snooze button; to skip my morning yoga routine. My mind was trying to convince me that I am tired and I better rest. Just sit in front of the PC and then get on my car and go to the gym and train with clients. In such moments, I always choose the challenge and the experience, instead of the comfort. Showing some will to start the day with a healthy habit, will kick in a chain of healthy habits. I didn’t hit the snooze button. I got up and I started doing the yoga poses. The first pose was just because “ I was supposed to”. Then my desire got on fire. I did my yoga routine and I felt different – stronger, rested and full of energy. I made myself a delicious tea, I read something inspiring. Now I am leaving for the gym and I will leave my car keys at home – I will choose my bike instead! Sometimes everything comes to the effort to start with one healthy habit and then everything has a chain reaction. Направих си упражненията и се чувствах различно - по-силна, по-отпочинала и изпълнена с енергия. Направих си чай и прочетох нещо вдъхновяващо. Сега тръгвам и ще оставя ключовете от колата вкъщи - ще избера колелото. Понякога всичко опира до усилието да започнем с един здравословен навик, а после всичко има верижна реакция.
