Make the Recipe in Water Bottles.......Place In the Refrigerator and Just Take 2 or 3 Out to take with you, if you know you won't be home for long periods of time!!! NEED THE RECIPE AGAIN??? HERE IT IS: The longer it sits, the better it tastes. You can eat them as well but they are intended as flavoring and still work, so that is a personal choice. The Vitamin C turns fat into fuel, the tangerine increases your sensitivity to insulin, and the cucumber makes you feel full. Try it for 10 days and see what you think! Ingredients per 8 oz serving Water 1 slice grapefruit 1 tangerine ½ cucumber, sliced 2 peppermint leaves Ice – as much as you like Directions Wash grapefruit, tangerine cucumber and peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit and tangerine (or peel). Combine all ingredients (fruits, vegetables, 8 oz water) into water bottles. Close Cap Tightly, Shake, Put In The Fridge Over Night, Take Out a Few Bottles for the Next Day & Enjoy! Homemade Strawberry Lemonade http://laylita.com/recipes/2012/06/08/strawberry-lemonade/ Ingredients 1 ¼ lb strawberries, washed & cut in halves, about 4 cups 2 lemons, washed and quartered (use limes to make strawberry limeade) ~ ½- ¾ cup honey or sugar to taste, adjust based on your preference and sweetness of strawberries 6 cups of water Ice Garnishes: Strawberry slices, lemon slices and/or fresh herbs Instructions Blend the strawberries, lemons and honey with 2 cups of water Strain the strawberry lemon mix, add the additional 4 cups of water through the strainer Taste and add additional honey/sugar if needed Serve cold over ice and garnished with strawberry slices, lemon slices and herbs

EXCITED to try this one! 1 mini seedless watermelon 8 ounces lemon juice 2 cups frozen strawberries 3/4 cup sugar 2 cups ice Slice the mini watermelon in half, using a spoon to scrape all of the fruit from the center of the melon. Place in a large blender. Add the lemon juice, strawberries, sugar, and ice to the blender. Blend until pureed. Pour lemonade straight from your blender, or pour into a pitcher. For an extra fun way to serve this drink, pour it into the two empty halves of the watermelon, add a skewered strawberry and lemon for garnish, then slurp your lemonade from a straw!

I LOVE this idea!!! No more little pots!! Use a lemon, orange or a grapefruit to start your seedlings. Plant the entire thing in the ground and the peels will compost directly into the soil to nourish the plants as they grow. Gotta try this! You too. Please share- keep our planet GREEN!!

Memorial Day Strawberry Melt 12 ounces of white chocolate chips in a microwave according to the package directions. Heat 2 cups of the water to just below boiling. (175°F-185°F) 2. Steep the tea in the 1 cup of the hot water for about 3-4 minutes. 3. Dissolve the sugar in 1 cup of hot water. 4. Remove the tea leaves from the brewed tea concentrate. 5. Add the hot tea and the dissolved sugar to the cold water. 6. Chill until ready to serve. Serve over ice. Garnish as desired.
