Valentine's Day Sips: Cocktails and Mocktails

In my opinion, any holiday that celebrates love is worthy of raising a glass to. If you research the life of the real St. Valentine, you'll find he had more responsibilities than just keeping an eye on loved ones. He was also the patron saint of beekeeping. As I was picking my favorite Valentine's Day Sips, I've not only picked the most beautiful cocktails I could find, but also a few made with honey. Think of them as nectar for your very own "honey!"

You can always substitute alcohol-free sparking wine for Champagne!

There are so many fantastic alcohol-free spirits on the market, like Everleaf, Mahala, Æcorn, and the one that started it all, Seedlip. Here are my favorites! Don't forget to try the Mahala Bee's Knees!
