In my opinion, any holiday that celebrates love is worthy of raising a glass to. If you research the life of the real St. Valentine, you'll find he had more responsibilities than just keeping an eye on loved ones. He was also the patron saint of beekeeping. As I was picking my favorite Valentine's Day Sips, I've not only picked the most beautiful cocktails I could find, but also a few made with honey. Think of them as nectar for your very own "honey!"
Champagne Cocktails to add a bit of sparkle to the night
Adding a touch of Champagne or any sparkling wine to a cocktail automatically makes it feel festive! The Champagne Cocktail and Kir Royale are pure class. The Queen's Knees is a take on the honey-sweetened Bee's Knee's cocktail, but substitutes Calvados for gin and adds Champagne to give it lift! You can always substitute alcohol-free sparking wine for Champagne!

A pink cocktail on Valentine's Day 💕 is really the way to go and it's easy to make them with so many pink spirits in the market.
