Pandex has been getting a lot of attention on the web lately.

Because there is so much hype, a lot of network marketers are trying to sell this opportunity all over the place, including all over social media.

On the Pandex website, you won’t find any amount of background information on the company at all. There’s not the slightest mention of who owns Pandex, where it was founded, who’s in charge, etc.

Pandex’s domain name was first registered on January 4, 2016, but was then updated on June 19, 2017. The owner of the domain is listed as Sharleen Lewis, and there’s also an address provided in Kingstown, Saint Vincent. However, due to a missing street address, the address is hardly anything to go by.

I tried to find outside information on Lewis, but aside from the mention with the domain name, there’s nothing to be found.

As for Pandex’s coming about, it’s origin story is pretty wild:

“Pandex was created as a subsidiary company in 2001 as a result of a merger between Osaka and Kyoto Stock Exchanges and started its activity on the leading Japanese stock, commodity and financial markets.

Mr Minoru Mori, a Japanese billionaire, became the new owner.

As the company’s capital was predominantly private with the controlling stake remaining with Mr Mori, the company continued to be a closed joint-stock company with only few being able to access its services.

The company had successfully been handling all its functions for the following seven years working within the mentioned business focus.

Due to the mortgage crisis in the US in 2008 resulting in the bigger international one, Pandex managed to take the vacant places in the exchange business globally.

With regards to the unique business strategy and trading technology, Pandex has significantly increased its sphere of interests and number of big trading partners.

This allowed the company to reach the financial turnover of 3 billion 840 million USD between 2008-2009, which is why Pandex has confidently gained a seat among the biggest exchange players in the world.”

Aside from the fact that there’s no way to prove any of what’s being told, none of this makes any good sense.

Minoru Mori is a real Japanese billionaire, but seeing seeing as how they died in 2012, it’s impossible for them to have been involved with Pandex.

Pandex states that it’s leader is Marko Milosevic, and they reportedly have the backing of another Japanese billionaire – Hiroshi Mikitani. Hiroshi Mikitani is still alive and is the Founder and CEO of Japan’s largest e-commerce site (Rakuten), but it’s obvious that they have nothing to do with Pandex.

A video on Pandex’s YouTube channel shows a man by the name of “Mark” talking to a group of people, and he introduces himself as the President of the company.

The entire video is horribly scripted, as you can even seen audience members reading off the questions they ask towards the end.

It really is staged video at its worst.

Current Alexa rankings suggest that the largest source of traffic for Pandex comes out of Europe, so this is likely where the company is being run out of.

What Are The Products For Pandex?

When it comes to Pandex’s product line, there’s literally nothing to talk about.

Pandex isn’t marketing or selling a single thing to retail customers, and this leaves affiliates with nothing more than the affiliate membership to offer to those interested in the compensation plan and its income opportunity.

Based on all of my reviewing experience, this is a telltale sign of a scheme or scam of sorts.

What Is The Compensation Plan For Pandex?

Moving over to said compensation plan, Pandex affiliates are asked to make an investment of at least $100 into the company so they can start earning on the advertised ROI.

SGX — Members invest $100 or more in order to get a 17.01% monthly ROI
Lime — Members invest $500 or more in order to get a 26.67% monthly ROI
NASDAQ — Members invest $1000 or more in order to get a 32.76% monthly ROI
Cryptocurrency — Members invest $5000 or more in order to get a 42% monthly ROI

There’s also the chance to earn on referral commissions, and these are paid using a unilevel system.
