Ken Termini Basketball
Ken Termini’s career journey has been marked by versatility and a personal and professional development commitment. After graduating from Penn State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, he started his professional journey at Revlon. However, Ken would spend the next 27 years advancing through various sales and management roles at Forest Pharmaceuticals. His exceptional performance earned him multiple awards, including Rookie of the Year, Representative of the Year, and Sales Manager of the Year. Ken also played a key role in shaping the company’s government affairs strategy, particularly during the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Ken’s approach to career and life was influenced by the advice he received early on: to divide life into three phases—learning, working, and enjoying the fruits of one’s labor. By adhering to this philosophy, Ken could retire at 50, having carefully planned his finances and made prudent investments with guidance from trusted advisors.
