"A bird in the hand is worth…?” — for me, one of the best memories of my life: three weeks; 2600 miles of driving and camping across the stunning landscapes of Namibia. Our final campsite in the quiver tree forest held a number of trees with massive nest complexes built by sociable weavers (Philetairus socius).
