Simply breathtaking! Rainfall over Mt Warning, NSW, captured recently by Daniel Johnson.
Went back to the Spot where I broke my 5dmkii yesterday afternoon with hopes of a really good sunset. By time I got there it was nothing but doom and gloom. So I shot these with the idea of making some moody B&W's. Likes, Comments & Shares are more then welcomed. Canon 5dmkiii | ISO-100 | ƒ11 | 19mm | 2.5sec
Storms Brewing This was at the Very top of Mount Buffalo where I found myself shivering in the blistering cold while shooting this 3 shot Panorama. I shot this as quick as I could in between the light rain before my lens was covered in speckles of water. Likes, Comments & shares are more then welcome. Well given I have already totally embarrassed the VERY humble Ros Hansen on my own page…. I thought I may as well embarrass her, well and truly, and put her AMAZINGLY BRILLIANT tip on here so 50,000+ people can see it! (Luckily for me Ros lives in Perth and I live in Sydney!!!) ;) With many thanks to Ros, I will now never ever have to buy cans of coconut milk or coconut cream again! I often find a recipe I want to make and have no coconut milk in my pantry – now with so much thanks to Ros this will no longer be an issue! Happy Days! :) 40g of des coconut with 400g water on speed 10 for 2 minutes - and Voila - coconut milk is born! If you want coconut cream – cook the pre-made coconut milk on 100, speed 4, 8 minutes. I then used the coconut milk last night in the most amazing chicken curry for dinner. Yet again another big money saver in owning a Thermomix! :)
