Clean salted vanilla caramel & macadamia popcorn! 😍😱🍿🎥 sweet, salty & totally addictive 🙈 In a large saucepan pop 1 cup of organic corn with 2 tbs @jtscoconutessence coconut oil. Once popped set aside in a large bowl. In a smaller saucepan heat 1/3 cup organic pure maple syrup & 3 more tbs of coconut oil. Heat slowly over low heat for about 5 minutes until it starts to thicken & bubble. Remove from heat, add 1 tsp vanilla & pour into the bowl with the popcorn. Use a wooden spoon to make sure all the popcorn us covered in the sauce then pour onto a baking tray lined with grease proof paper 👌 sprinkle with a large amount of Himalayan pink salt (the healthy salt 😉) then scatter 1/2 a cup of crushed macadamias on top. High carb low fat Vegan Brownies by @fithealthyproject 💗 Ingredients: ¾ cup GF flour of choice (I used a combination of brown rice and oat flours) · ½ cup coconut sugar · ¼ cup cacao powder · ½ banana, mashed · 1 tbsp but butter of your choice · 1 heaping tsp baking powder · ¼ tsp baking soda · 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flaxmeal + 6 tbsp warm water, mixed and left to rest for ten minutes) How to: 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a brownie tin with baking paper. In a small dish, prepare your flax eggs. 2. Cranberry scones by @plantbased_pixie 💞 ______________________________________________ Recipe as posted on plantbased-pixie.com: Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose gluten free flour (or use 1.2 cups white rice/arrowroot, 0.8 cups brown rice/buckwheat/oat flour) 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tbsp ground chia or flax seeds 1/4 tsp salt 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp rice malt syrup 4 tbsp plant milk of choice 1/2 cup cranberries (or raisins/sultanas if you prefer) What to do: •Preheat the oven to 180°C •Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, including the cranberries •Mix the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl, stirring thoroughly •Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry, and stir until it forms a ball. If it’s too crumbly add a little splash of plant milk •Shape the mixture into 6-8 balls, and flatten these gently on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, taking care to repair any cracks. The flattened ball should be at least 2 cm thick •Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown on top
