In 2000, Jerry ventured into a new arena by purchasing Turf Paradise, a renowned horse racing track in Phoenix, Arizona. Under his ownership, Turf Paradise has seen transformative changes, becoming a prominent sports attraction. Recognizing the facility's potential, He initiated a series of upgrades totaling $5 million, which not only modernized the track but also significantly enhanced its standing in the competitive world of horse racing.
