You need empathy to relate to your family and for a friend - That's a given! But what about in the workplace? Empathy is the key to successful communications. How can one be more empathetic? Approaching a problem with empathy and compassion opens a door to problem-solving. In this Storyboard, I am sharing a collection of tips for empathy and compassion at work and in life.
