I have been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. I started when I was no longer able to dance due to a back injury. The transition was tough but as I got deeper into my practice I discovered it’s hidden benefits. Yoga has helped me immensely over the years. Not only am I more flexible but I have also become more mindful. In this Storyboard, I am sharing my tips for an enjoyable yoga experience for 50 plus and younger as well. Enjoy!
