Beans and Pulses have been sustenance for centuries. We underestimate the nutritional value of these superfoods, they are packed with protein. Most countries have been consuming them as part of their daily diet. In this Storyboard, I'll share recipes and cooking tips by continent so you can try them yourself at home. Beans taste so much better when you make them at home. Soak them overnight, rinse thoroughly and cook in a slow cooker on low for 9 hours with salt, pepper, and a bay leaf.
