Arepas any which way

The arepa is the people’s food in South American peopl. During better times in Venezuela we would go out all night and enjoy an arepa at 3 am at out local hangout. Areperias had counter tops with numerous filling with names like Reina Pepiada (curvy queen). This delicious treat is making its way into mainstream food circles. In this Storyboard, I want to share my favorite childhood snack served many ways. Here’s a cooking tip: Be sure to let the “masa” rest before you bake or fry the arepa. Enjo
